Selling clothes on line - ideas and help please

I am needing to downsize and so need to cut my clothes down. I've some very nice stuff that no longer fits from stores like Reiss and so on and I'm wondering where to sell them. I've popped two items on Ebay including one dress still with labels and not had any interest. I'm wondering if there is a better place. Any suggestions please?

Could it be that you've put the starting price too high? With frequent sales in stores, it may be that the dress you paid full price for could be bought at 75% off. Some sellers are unrealistic about prices on eBay. I know someone who has a lot of expensive clothing - a lot unworn - but she expects to get close to what she paid - which is never going to happen. How long have the items been listed?

I’ve had the same struggle selling clothes online, especially when I had some pricier items that didn’t move on eBay. One option that worked for me when I was clearing out some of my wardrobe, especially dresses, was Bride2Bride.com. It’s a good spot for higher-end or special occasion stuff—might be worth checking out if your items fit that vibe.
