I want to make some changes to my relatively new woocommerce site because I'm not happy with a few small details. However, I'm not sure if what I want to do is the right course of action.
I have a product that comes in between 4 and 9 different sizes and four different finishes (let's say gold, silver, bronze, and lead). For each of the finishes, there were originally four separate variable products on the website for these products.
To avoid risking content duplication, I want to combine, for example, the bronze and lead versions (each with two finishes and nine products). I want to keep gold and silver as separate variable products, however, because their sizes are different and their costs are significantly higher than those of bronze and lead.
How should the combined version's URL be written to give Google more information, etc.? Also, how should the product title be written best given the space constraints?
Finally, is there anything else I need to do, or will Google automatically pick up all the product variations through my description?
This is my first post here, so please be patient if the above seems overly simple. I'm relatively new to the Amazon marketing services USA business, but I manage to do SEO for my own website. However, I have yet to locate any resources on SEO for a variety of products.
